Shipping, Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

DELIVERY & RETURNS

 

PROCESSING TIMES: Orders placed will be processed and shipped on Tuesday, Thursday & Friday (excludes if it is The Most High Holy/Feast Days). Orders placed on days that are not our process and shipping days will be handled immediately in the order they are received. All customers will receive an email with tracking information when the order has shipped.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES:

Unopened/ Unused Product Guarantee

  • If you change your mind with your purchase and want to return your product/products to The Boddy Balance for a full refund, please make sure the following standards are met. The item (s) MUST BE unused, in the original packaging and in the condition you received them in. Returns are acceptable within 7 days of your delivery date for all online orders...No Exceptions! 

Due to health & safety reasons, our return policy is very strict for sanitary purposes! We also DON’T provide return labels if you choose to return your items.  

  • Any missing/ Damaged item from your order must be reported to us within 3 days after you have received your order! We can not fix the issue if the missing/damaged item in your order hasn’t been made aware to us AFTER 3 days of receiving the order. 


RETURN POLICY:

  • Shipping cost on all returns are the responsibility of the user/purchaser. We suggest that you use a major shipping service like USPS, UPS, or FEDEX. We also recommend that you purchase shipping insurance that matches the value of your purchase. We are not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged when returning the item back to us. 
  • All items in your Return process must be complete in order for your return to be eligible for an exchange or refund. 
  • We reserve the right to refuse a whole or partial return on any returned products.


RETURN PROCESS:

  • In order to return an item(s), you MUST do the following: First, you must email us at info@theboddybalance.com We’ll need name, email address, your specific order number related to the item(s) you want to return. 
  • NOTE: This step must be done first, before you ship the product back to us! Once your item(s) are approved for return by The Boddy Balance, we can proceed. Ensure that the item(s) being returned are UNOPENED, UNUSED, & in their original “new” condition.
  • Pack the item(s) in the box you received them in or a similar shipping box. 
  • Include the packaging slip in the returned order.
